Getting into podcasting opens up a world of equipment and tech to geek out about. And if you’re anything like me, podcasting microphones are on that list of equipment.
If you have a Blue Yeti Microphone or any other USB microphone that plugs directly in your computer, you may eventually want to upgrade to a XLR mic for better sound quality and more control over the output.
If you’re ready to upgrade your podcasting mic, I highly recommend considering the Electro Voice RE20 broadcasting microphone. The Electro Voice team reached out to me to review this mic and I’m so glad that they did. This mic produces an excellently clear sound and doesn’t pick up on background noises as much.
